We are delighted to announce that Billmonitor has been selected as a finalist at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) SME London Business Awards 2026.
Billmonitor has been shortlisted in two categories: Apprentice Employer of the Year and Business Innovation.
In the Business Innovation category, we have been recognised for our unique Pooled Public Sector Mobile Phone Contract Solution. This solution enables qualifying organisations—such as schools, colleges, trusts, and charities—to benefit from the flexibility and reduced pricing of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) mobile framework, which is typically accessible only to large public sector organisations.
Through our work advising NHS trusts, charities, and colleges on the benefits of the CCS mobile framework (RM6261), we identified a recurring challenge. Many smaller organisations did not meet network size requirements, or found it too complex or impractical to secure a direct award under the framework.
To address this, we partnered with Value Match, a procurement and commercial shared service for schools and Multi-Academy Trusts. Value Match delivers compliant procurement, active supplier management, and sustainability and social value outcomes, while ensuring value for money.
By combining the CCS mobile framework with Billmonitor’s dedicated account management and monthly reporting, we have delivered savings of between 40% and 90%, while improving cost transparency and providing a fully managed, hassle-free service.
Commenting on the achievement, Klaus, Managing Director, said:
“Being named a finalist is a testament to the team’s creative thinking and commitment to supporting the community. By freeing up valuable funds, organisations can redirect resources towards educating children or improving healthcare services.”
While competition is strong and a final award is not guaranteed, reaching this stage is a significant achievement in itself, and we are proud of the progress made so far.
