With trademark humour and humility, Henry spoke about the power of trust, the importance of listening, and how empowering people drives success.
Meeting Henry in person was a real highlight—over 20 years after I worked on Admiral’s initial public offering when I was still working in investment banking.
Henry’s energy and openness made the event both inspiring and refreshing. It was great listening to reflections on leadership and on his experience when building Admiral into one of the largest UK insurance companies.
