On 12-13 November 2024, the Billmonitor team attended the annual NHS Providers Conference and Exhibition at the ACC Liverpool.
The event delivered fresh insights and valuable opportunities to connect with industry leaders, potential clients, and strategic partners.
Our Managing Director, Klaus Henke, summed up the experience perfectly:
“It was a good event, with many constructive discussions with potential clients as well as possible cooperation partners. A well-organised event with a strong line-up of speakers, not without drama, such as Health Secretary Wes Streeting’s comment about ‘we are going from zero accountability to zero tolerance for failure,’ which caused quite a stir amongst the audience… We will be back next year.”
Armed with our detailed cost charts (like the one below), we were able to deliver data-driven insights tailored to the unique needs of each NHS trust. Witnessing those ‘lightbulb’ moments firsthand was both rewarding and a reminder of the impact our work can have.
Our Client Relationship Manager, Meliha Mujkic, said:
“It was really interesting to see the reaction of some executives when we were able to show them how their trust’s mobile phone costs compared to their peers… sometimes a real eye-opener!”
Mel’s experiences highlighted our mission: helping organisations understand and optimise their mobile spend.
The event was not just about professional achievements; it was also about fostering partnerships and driving meaningful conversations that will shape the future of healthcare in the UK. We are proud to have participated, and we look forward to building on the connections and ideas generated during the conference.
