The Billmonitor team hit the Go-Kart track with a vengeance last week. Legend has it that young blood Jake was the man to watch on the night, while MD Klaus Henke was, in his own inimitable words, “thoroughly beaten by pretty much everybody”.
The blistering laps were followed by a delightful dinner at a local pizzeria where the banter (and beer) were plentiful.
Gracious in defeat, Klaus said:
“it was a really fun event, bringing the London team together… something we want to do each quarter as most employees work remotely. Maybe the winner needs to organise the next event 🙂 .”
Maybe something along the lines of a German language coffee and cake quiz next time to play to the boss’s strengths?
